DEI was implemented to reduce that😒. Instead of legacies and “oh I know him” hires it allowed an even playing field no matter the background. Trump and all the child predators he’s hired in place of qualified people are what DEI was against. But because he lied about “quotas” and influenced mass ignorance, no one acknowledges the good of DEI.
