Yea I’m guessing the car thing you’re referring to is the dude clearly resisting arrest and being told MULTIPLE times he’s under arrest and decided to sit in his car. It seems you’ve only seen his clip and TikTok didn’t care to actually look into it. The officer was cleared of all charges and the man even pleaded guilty himself because he knew he was in the wrong!
