The Bad Bunny show was everything conservatives claim to love: “traditional” marriage, celebration of small business, national pride, unity, hard work, and time spent with family. The only problem is he’s Hispanic and his songs are in Spanish

Yeah, him not getting overtly political was genius because it means the only thing they can focus their anger at is the Spanish language, which kinda gives the game away that it’s just racism

The funny thing too is that there were parts that were overtly political (Ricky Martin singing about Hawaii, the power lines, Bad Bunny falling into the families’ living room) but the conservative hive mind seemingly didn’t pick up on any of that stuff and instead honed in on “this isn’t family friendly and I can’t understand it and he’s a globalist puppet” or whatever
