Then what is it? They get it to affirm their beauty and make themselves appear more youthful and feminine. Seems like the entire point is to be gender affirming

It has everything to do with that. Trans surgery has nothing to do with affirming your gender. It’s just to make you feel more comfortable with who you are. I can rephrase it to sound like it isn’t gender affirming but we all know it is.
