Statistically liberals tend to be more educated than conservatives. Also I am a biologist and people in my field are overwhelmingly liberal-oriented. When conservative politics are opposed to scientific realities like climate change, evolution, and vaccination it is hard to be a conservative scientist.

Like last year conservatives literally banned studies that include words like bias, women, African American, barrier, diverse, sex, and most risk from receiving federal funding. We are literally supposed to talk about potential bias in all of our studies that’s how science works. Conservative politics are anti-science.
