Only if it’s painless and humane. But there has to be a strict limit, like the first hour after birth and even then maybe only if there is some sort of medical complication that would make their quality of life ass

When you put it like that, it means we should have the entire conversation on legalizing euthanasia first before resolving termination of an infant’s life when it’s proven they are existing in tremendous pain and their quality of life is uncertain.

I definitely think euthanasia should be legal. People will commit suicide regardless, might as well give them an option that’s less messy and horrifying

There’s no reason for killing a baby out of the womb lol, they would’ve already been aware of the medical issues with the current technology weeks to months before birth

Sometimes mothers do choose to carry a baby with fatal health issues to term and have a natural birth so they can spend time with it. In those cases I think euthanasia should be possible. But I wouldn’t call it an “after birth abortion” since the word abortion refers only to termination of pregnancy
