What #1 said. Legality means nothing to this administration. I think they’re trying to drag it out as long as possible so it gets passed right before the midterms so the courts don’t have time to strike it down

It should be. The main issue is that there can’t be a monetary obstacle, but a judge will need to do some interpretation on how that plays out. It probably should, but there’s a legal case to strike it down (even if it’s weak)

It totally is illegal which is why states are trying to block it by suing
