Hispanic was damn near even in 2024. Granted, there was a swing to the right, but the same holds for just about every demographic. Even Black voters’ support for Trump nearly doubled (8% in 2020 to 15% in 2024).

Something you have to understand is that many white Americans are envious that chud the builder was able to act on a fantasy that the vast majority of them have (which is to be able to shoot a black person) and are deeply troubled that he’s in legal jeopardy for it

The money raised for him is sickening. I do understand this point, but to use language like many, most, or the vast majority is just misleading and wrong. You’re seeing the world through such a narrow lens. The whole thing is manufactured outrage orchestrated by loud idiots and inflated by bots. Most ppl haven’t even heard the name before the news broke, and the general consensus I’ve seen is “he deserves jail”

I think claims of manufactured outrage and bot inflation are epistemically dishonest speculation that serve to gaslight and obfuscate the real cause (the narcissism that is foundational to western white culture) and offload responsibility from the vast majority of white Americans that celebrate violence against black people and do not think black people have a right to self defense
