I mean considering they only wanna double the taxes on 1% of the population, I don’t really see how that affects most of these folks. But I guess there are a lot of “temporarily embarrassed millionaire” types who think they’ll one day be rich enough to be the ones we wanna tax.

There’s a DSA member in the US House of Reps who is a representative in Texas. Now sure, he’s in Austin, but that’s still a card-carrying socialist in a US House seat in Texas.
