But it’s completely possible for skmekne of Chinese decent born in America to use the term CCP. Besides, it’s been acknowledged that CPC and CCP are interchangeable, so a Chinese person could use either term and mean the same thing.

Because the two terms are interchangeable, it’s not outside the realm of possibility for someone from China to refer to the party as the CCP, and vice versa. For example, the US state department acknowledges that CCP=CPC but uses CPC despite not being from China. Thus, someone in China may also use CCP. Since people refer to things differently, just because #4 uses a more uncommon phrase doesn’t mean they’re not Chinese.

.kr and .kp are South and North Korea respectively, I bet the only reason they didn’t do .pc for PR China and .rc for RO China was because .pc sounds like personal computer, and if you flipped them, CP sounds bad and CR is Costa Rica
