AGs have an insane amount of discretion in what they want to prioritize and she prioritized soft drug possession to rack up successful cases

This is why you also see AGs never prosecute cops or press charges on corporations when they deserve it, they are not bound by law

She literally opposed legalization of recreational weed when it was on the ballot in 2010. She only switched when it was clear her political career was over if she didnt change.
