Voter ID but we make non drivers state ID’s free, access to official copies of documents free, and we mandate jobs allow you to take off to go to the dmv or county office to apply (like jury duty protections)also provisional voting has been around for like two decades! if you’re registered to vote, you can still cast a ballot even if you’re in a different area than where you’re registered. the state is responsible for checking your registration/valid ID and then approving your ballot. i’m registered to vote in my hometown (bc that’s what my ID says), but i can still vote while i’m at college. the ballot is exactly the same, they just check to make sure my registration is valid.
