I was knocking op bc saying “cut off billions of childcare funding” without giving any thought possible to why he might do that is ridiculous. Is it really such a hard concept to think that he’s cutting off this money, bc it’s not actually going to kids? Bc it’s not actually doing the things it’s meant to do? Instead it’s going to people that hate the U.S. and people who want to leech as many resources as possible. Throwing money at something doesn’t fix a problem.
