I’m not sure unfortunately, all I know is he is/was being deported to Laos. Regardless idk what Walz was thinking, people like that don’t need to be free. I assume that he’s free on the streets there though seeing as Laos cannot arrest him for a crime he was pardoned for in another country. Same concept as an Ohio officer not having jurisdiction in Texas.

Jenny Racicot had documentation. The rest were unfortunately difficult to litigate in any capacity. Allegations should always be taken seriously and investigated. Also, Platner was already getting heat for his track record of allegations. Compare this to Donald Trump who was found liable for sexual abuse BEFORE THE 2024 ELECTION and had many allegations made against him, yet his DOJ is still in contempt of the EFTA and the GOP is protecting him at all costs.
