Okay I get what your saying maybe there a few topics for like middle grounds like for the trans community having single use restrooms or like a room with wall stalls and sinks that everyone uses. For war and other violent things I see what you mean

No, but here is the problem with that anyway: the left wants to stop funding genocide and the right wants to keep funding genocide. The middle ground would be “okay guys, how about just a little bit of genocide” like there no comprise for that because people are still dying

Holy reductive lmao. Or it could be that someone holds liberal social values but conservative financial values. ‘Moderate’ typically just means you hold multiple positions that are associated with different sides of the political spectrum.

Question: how are you going to be socially liberal which would imply advocating for affordable housing a food subsidies while being fiscally conservative which would imply supporting tax cuts and cutting government programs. We’ve seen firsthand was conservative fiscal policies do to poor people. Again, not a compromise if a portion of society is being held down

Believe it or not, not every political issue is inherently interconnected. Even social welfare programs can be done in a fiscally conservative state via contracting and outsourcing. More broadly though I was referring to things along the lines of immigration, LGBT rights, et cetera.
