Something is happening with Trump. His position on whole topics have completely changed. Not in the politician flip-flop way, in the “different person” way. I’ve seen this with my own mom early on who’s in a memory care facility now

I knew Biden was shaky as far back as 2020. Biden has the sleepy dementia. Trump has the angry dementia. The one that the FDA approved Rexulti for, for the safety of caregivers.

He was actually among the best policy-wise tbh. Republicans love to try and discredit it with “He didn’t make those policies and signed it with autopen” like that isn’t the entire point of having a qualified cabinet full of leading experts in their departments. I believe we may have had one or two more stimulus checks than what would’ve kept inflation reasonable, but that’s really it
