I’m not comic book nerd or expert in the slightest, but im pretty sure most comic book heros are woke. Isn’t there a comic where bat man beats tf out of a nazi?

See the real answer here is that “woke” literally is just about fixing injustice and conservatives think that is bad. The conservative political agenda *is* anti-kindness and therefore kindness id political.

I mean in todays climate mfs defend nazi like theyre the majority and if you say something bad about them youre in the “woke mob”, maybe like 10-15 years ago it would have been normal but in more recent times its turned drastically sideways

i get that your point is that naziism is evil and it should be a standard to oppose them but the phrase "stay woke" would absolutely include punching nazis. don't fall for the conservative ploy of misappropriating words and phrases - "woke" doesn't describe milktoast liberalism as conservatives would have you believe

Ugh, no my point is that woke has gone from more of a movement to a word just used to describe anything liberal, and now it seems it’s being used to describe something that should be normal!
