if someone jaywalks, they should be disappeared, indefinitely detained, sent who knows where, and tortured in foreign prisons they literally broke the law, I can’t feel bad. why would I feel bad? lol

No cuz that’s a minor offense/misdemeanor in some states. Illegally coming through the border is a federal offense and the punishment is deportation. Simple as that.

it is a federal offense, but it’s a misdemeanor. so we should compare it to other misdemeanors, like jaywalking
