I would say that he's done more harm than good, but he hasn't done anything good. Countless studies even predict that it'll take 15+ years to undo all of the damage that Trump has done, not just to the U.S., but worldwide

He’s increased funding for nuclear energy and attempted to shift NRC policy away from the debunked LNT model

The same nuclear power that he's using to decimate and entire civilization. He's also cut funding for healthcare benefits for so many Americans, crumbled the economy from raised gas and grocery prices, and is making this country more divided than it has ever been

Yes, his increase of nuclear energy is good. He also has done way more harm. These can both be true.
