I think she’s not ready for president but I think she’d be a kickass speaker

This country isn’t ready for a female president unfortunately. Hillary and Kamala lost to trump of all ppl…..

im not gonna say “never”. Bc ten years ago I would have said Trump would “never” win a general election. but yeah I don’t think she’s a viable choice rn

she doesn’t really engage them in practice tho. she has really proven herself to be nothing more than a performative speaker atm. like she was really vocally progressive when she first got elected but she’s been capitulating a bit. she also hasn’t launched any wildly effective initiatives that would prove that she’s fit for the job. she’s gonna have to prove herself more

I mean I feel like Kamala kind of had a chance and we deserve a good female candidate but I don’t think a lot of the AOC disproval from Dems or the left comes from the fact that she’s a woman- but unfortunately that is a big factor in general

we had a lot more of a chance w Hillary in 2016 considering she won the popular vote by 2 million but failed to maintain the blue wall states for the electoral college. if she campaigned michigan, wisconsin, and pennsylvania more aggressively she would have won the election

Agreed but I think there was just a low voter turnout out in general in 2024, not to mention the split between the left and “Dems”, and the amount of people who didn’t vote Kamala as a way to show disproval of Biden.

They chose trump over Kamala and Hillary… like that’s crazy. They were both good candidates but this country prefers a man (even if he’s a convicted felon) than any woman

personally i wasn’t a big fan of either but at the same time i can’t deny that if they were men and ran the same exact campaigns i bet they would have won
