Republicans are on recess they refuse to negotiate, Trump openly lied and posted memes about the shut down, he repeatedly bragged about how he’s going to take advantage of the shutdown to fire people who disagree with him, then he used the shutdown to hold SNAP as leverage. Who do you think is being bad faith in this situation?
