OP correct me if im wrong, but i think the implication is the same as if u were handed divorce papers w terms u dont agree with and ur spouse had a gun to ur head asking u to sign it. just like that could be voided bc it was signed “under duress”, it should be the same for warrantless searches. consent under coercive influence from a 3rd party is not consent.
