Biden was a puppet bc he was too senile to make many of the decisions intended to be his responsibility. Trump is not as senile. He volunteered to be a puppet because he wanted to have the power and fame of a leader while handing off any leadership responsibility to people with conflicts of interest about the wellbeing of the state

Trump is both a tangle of insecurity and way more a puppet than Biden. He’s both senile, and careless. He doesn’t really care about the day to day of the presidency, so he just hands it off to Stephen Miller.

nope. i’m sorry. trump wasn’t senile in his first term, but you can very visibly see the cognitive decline in this term. Trump is not doing well and he is not all there. He’s also a terrible person (which is why he did all the other things you mentioned), but pretending that his cognitive status is pristine is far from the truth

Trump did also brag about having to be given a dementia test in 2020. He bragged about naming “man, woman, person, camera, tv”

the easy answer is ‘anyone with power’, power referring to both financial and autocratic governmental power. He is very open about his love for extremely rich men and envy of the power of dictators. He has and will continue to bend his knee to anyone who he feels could give him more power. (which makes him extremely easy to manipulate)
