Yeah. I legit didn't know him and Trump were so close in age, Mueller looked more like late 60s-early 70s to me.

I’m calling this the golden girl effect. We are perceiving the elderly as younger than they are bc 1- we don’t think old is old anymore and 2- they keep up with fashion trends instead of using haircuts and clothing styles we associate with the elderly

Much like how we perceive the golden girls to be old because they all had the short curly hair, comfy clothes, and were all ACTUALLY retired. Yet if you put the actresses in modern haircuts and makeup that women are keeping well into their 70s and or clothing that matches [adult] fashion trends, suddenly they’re not old anymore
