The issue is, you’re speaking in the hypothetical of a cis man becoming a trans women for the SOLE PURPOSE of harassing women, that doesn’t happen. Cis men, presenting as cis men, and assaulting women, Like Larry Nassar, has happened, and will continue to happen, attacking trans people with fear mongering hypotheticals doesn’t “help women”

Uh no I’m not. I never said what do you do with violent offenders who specifically transition to harass women. I asked which prison do you use for trans-women who have committed violent acts?

I’m not attacking anyone either. I just want an answer to the question: Because: “In male prisons” denies the agency of the trans-woman. “In female prisons” probably endangers other women. And “in solitary” is inhumane.

Sure. Maybe it’s a hypothetical case that will never happen (ie maybe no trans-women who have committed violent crimes will ever go to prison). But it sounds possible to me. Call it fear-mongering, but you better hope it never happens or someone is going to answer the question, and someone is going to be mad or get hurt.

Private prisons should not exist period. Your question is in bad faith and is frequently used to libel transwomen as sexual predators and perpetuate the myth that men transition to have sexual access or dominance over women. We know what you are, and we’re not buying it.

I’m talking about public prison, almost all of which are divided by sex. 8% of prisons are private. Let’s ignore those for argument sake. 93% of prisoners are male. Only 7% are female. See above. I. Never. Said. “Men [who] transition to have sexual access.” I am only talking about women who had already transitioned before committing violent crimes. Ie you have a biological man who transitioned at a young age to become a woman. She commits violent crimes. Do you put her in a woman’s prison?

Like dude. You are INCAPABLE of answering a question which is honestly important. In this context, you don’t care about trans women since the state will choose which prison to put people in based on biological sex in the majority of cases. Refusing to answer the question and calling it bad faith just lets other people answer the question. Ie the price of getting offended is having NO ARGUMENT. Hope this helps.
