No, just normal powers to approve office-to-residential conversions that add extra floors to the top of buildings without adequately reinforcing the load-bearing columns and floors.

I have a sneaking suspicion he’s climbing around those properties at night and breaking concrete columns… I can’t prove it but I hope the cameras around construction sites in NYC are working well

No, he just needs to stop crumbling buildings. I doubt the old white guys were architects either, but the difference is they’re not going around actively undermining the structural integrity of NYCs skyscrapers.
