the only nuclear threat on the planet is the United States. other countries may be threatening to use nukes, or we may be scared by other countries having nukes, but we are still the only country to ever actually use a nuke against someone else.

Yes, but note they were not under the JCPOA. Iran fully complied with the Iran Deal, and had like multiple inspections and oversight that confirmed this. And then the US pulled out.
