You forgot that these form a vital part of the economy! They siphon money away from the working class towards the Epstein insider trader class

If they were what they say they were, real regulations would apply to them. They’re trying to cover themselves like stock trading markets, which they are NOT

If there’s no house then it’s not a casino. You don’t regulate based on vibes

Gambling platform = Casino and they should be regulated as such.

Who gets the money on the bets you don’t win? The apps in question, no? Then they are the metaphorical(literal) houses in this casino analogy.

No, the apps take a fee of each trade but they don’t win when your bet loses. Theres always someone else holding the opposite side of your bet. It’s an exchange. They are quite literally not the house in this analogy since they don’t get the money on the bets you lose.

Lowkey was gonna say he got you there but your moral consistency sold it so yk what, take the W king. Idk about being banned tho, maybe regulated more fs but I enjoy the occasional football bet or prediction market for Trump speeches on Kalshi. 9/10 I make good money from it

The SEC also makes money when I trade stocks. Is the SEC a gambling company since they’re incentivizing me to day trade? The more I trade, the more money they make. Your argument is shit. Car dealerships make money when I buy a car (with fees, same as Kalshi). Are they a gambling company? They incentivize people to buy cars with deals and they make money the more cars people buy and sell. How isn’t that exactly what Kalshi does? Don’t talk about things you don’t understand.
