Like, yall coming at VOTERS who actually had a shred of morals for not caving on genocide. If your bottom line is “I don’t give a fuck that we’re funding genocide, as long as we don’t have to face that same treatment here”, then you’re a scumbag. The common voting ideal of “lesser of two evils” is what got us here. The DNC blaming voters for not toeing the line and submitting as the republican party dove into far-right fascism is the issue here, on top of the fundamental issue of the modern

Revitalization of fascism. “Voting blue no matter who” isn’t going to do shit, it’ll just affirm that fascism definitely succeeds in its coup. If you want to survive, start resisting and ensuring our candidates (let’s be real, a genuine election is a stretch at this rate too) actually listen to their constituents and materially resist fascism, not subtly reinforce it

Ok I mean cool in theory but what does this practically translate to as far as action? You really think genocide in Gaza plus trump being the leader of the free world is better than genocide in Gaza with Kamala Harris as president? However lackluster she is? This type of statement just never seems to align with reality, what real choices did voters have?

I don’t say that as if Harris would be more “ruthless” or something, no, obviously trump 100% is; but his atrocities and damage is shown and open to the entire world and is arguably rallying the world against the genocide in Palestine (slowly, but surely). I say that regarding Harris as a bigger critique towards the imperial empire of the US. We’ve committed countless genocides and imperialistically invaded countless nations over the past few decades, but we barely are called out for them as

Such (and when we do, we nearly never face accountability). I believe if Harris made it in, it would’ve been that type of situation. The immediate intensity of Israel’s genocide in Palestine maybe would’ve called for a little, but it would’ve continued none the less after losing the interest of the world stage (think how Israel has been continuously settling for the past few decades, I think it would’ve went back to a “silent genocide”) While the immediate death count may not have been as

High, in the long term the genocide would absolutely be completed according to plan - just like we’ve been supporting and ensuring for the past ~60ish years I believe? That’s kinda what I meant by the statement though. Not that she would be more bloodthirsty or anything, but that she’d continue and reinforce the US imperial empire’s stance on the genocide - meanwhile trump is kinda fucking that up imo. He’s trying to reinvigorate manifest destiny meanwhile rallying our entire NATO alliance
