Reminder that unless you make more than $100k per year almost exclusively from your stock portfolio, then you’re a member of the working class. And yes, you are being fucked over by the billionaires just as much as the rest of us.

Okay what do you suggest that isn’t “complete overhaul/overthrow of the government”? Because a communist/socialist takeover is going to be fought tooth and nail by every other country that relies on America being the number 1 food exporter. It’s not even about the government itself, if America were to destabilize for more than 4 days it will likely spark a global famine.

That’s a genuine question too. I’m not asking rhetorically. I see an immense amount of “solutions” that are from an era that didn’t have the tech/AI/network that exists today, and it puzzles me as to why we don’t have our brightest young minds coming up with new solutions rather than buying off on decades old systems which become more and more obsolete with each passing year.

You have to still work for a living, so technically yes as long as you are actively involved in operations. If you’re just extracting from the business without contributing, then no.

Publicly funded elections, no more lobbying, and no more insider trading.

We can monitor the funding of elections and pac’s easy enough but we will need a system interface that’s easy to access that illustrates the data. Same goes with lobbyists. Insider trading is tougher due to… corporations and intelligence agencies not wanting to admit they have the data showing this occurs. It would be easy enough though to track which politicians of any political party are voting against such a thing though. Same thing, we are going to need an interface that updates and alerts

The general public as to who’s on the naughty vs nice list relative to the subject. I would add term limits as a priority as well.
