He wasn’t calling for the execution. He was citing the legal consequences of sedition under U.S. code 18 U.S.C. 2384 which historically includes the death penalty. He was defining the crime of sedition you idiot 😂

Yea but they didn’t commit a crime. They told the soldiers that they have a right and duty to not comply with unlawful orders. They swore an oath to uphold the constitution and as such do not have to follow UNLAWFUL orders, which is not punishable by any acts you fucking idiot. Also, USC 2384 is only in effect for conspiracy to overthrow the government or delay the enactment of laws BY FORCE. Using your first amendment rights to tell soldiers they do not have to follow unlawful orders isnt force
