some do but that’s not the point. The point is that having erections is not technically medically necessary but insurance companies still pay for it as a treatment of erectile dysfunction

Yeah but I wouldn’t consider that gender affirming, as it doesn’t have anything to do with how one identifies themselves just how their body functions It’s a shame gender affirming care isn’t considered medically necessary tho :/
