It’s the exact same patterns dude. Republican president gets into office. Dems see it as a threat to their cheap labor and violently resist federal law. Dem governors threaten to use state forces to fight back. History repeats itself

Yes? That is my point? Dems have always always ALWAYS wanted to preserve some kind of wage slavery (whether it be literal slaves or illegals being paid dirt wages under the table) to work on farms. And when a Republican president tries to get rid of it, they throw a hissy fit and get violent. It was true in 1861 and it’s true now

Republicans like it more because illegal immigrants don’t have rights, when they don’t have rights they can’t demand better pay and working conditions, essentially they’re forced to accept damn near slavery or else be deported— ICE only targets immigrants in certain industries too, they don’t target farms

They’ve been violently attacking or impeding federal officers. Putting their cars in the road or boxing in federal vehicles. Democrat state officials like Tim Walz have threatened to mobilize the national guard to stop ICE. Wake up. This is the same playbook they called in 1861

Have you literally been paying attention at all? They have been murdering people. Some US citizens. Most recently Alex Pretti. Definitely illegal for them to do what they did to him, but the current admin doesn’t seem to give a fuck about that
