As a straight man, I never chose to be straight. It just happened because you can’t choose what gender you’re attracted to. So, if someone thinks you can choose your sexuality, then clearly that person isn’t straight. Most likely they’re a closeted homosexual or bisexual.

I don't think that tracks logically. If they think they can choose their sexuality and they choose to be straight they're probably straight. If they were gay they'd choose to be gay. You have free will you could choose to fuck the same gender if you wanted, just like straight people choose to fuck the opposite gender. It's literally your actions, which you choose.

Sexuality is defined by what you’re attracted to. You can’t choose what you’re attracted to.
