The rich want you to fight culture wars while they conduct a war on the working class.There is no perfect answer to the dilemma at hand. I would say right now we elect people into office who are against PACs/not funded by them and other corporate/foreign influence. Of course this is in and of itself difficult because, while some folks may reject PACs, they may also have fringe beliefs that are harmful when put into policy. Again, no perfect answer
Making it seem like it’s either revolution or societal collapse and mass extinction isn’t a realistic way to look at it. The best way to change a society (usually) is one step at a time, not a violent overthrow when things don’t go our way. Of course, there are moments that may call for revolution, but the USA certainly isn’t there (yet)
it quite literally is revolution or societal collapse via climate catastrophe, fascism, and war. agriculture is the basis of human civilization, and we cannot reliably sustain crop yields without water, topsoil, and a good climate to support them, all of which capitalists are selling out from underneath us
