There’s a big difference between a country that has some enriched uranium, and a country that has nukes armed on ballistic missiles…

No…… Take North Korea for instance, they literally wave their nukes in their neighbor’s faces. But also if you give every single country nukes including the countries with weak governments, that’s a serious issue. If the Sudanese government had nukes before the RSF started decimating the country, many lives would potentially be in incredible danger
