You’re so stupid it’s incredible. DHS has slashed hiring standards and recruits literal felons through their shabby screening process. They do not educate on constitutional use of force anymore either. Trump’s DHS has destroyed standards for authority and you’re still blaming Obama.

ICE just shot 2 people last week. They also tried assaulting a random dude in the Vegas airport and then immediately walked away bc they realized ppl were videoing them. Trump has turned ICE into a gang of untrained psychos
