So the post isn’t about white ppl idk why yall love making posts that aren’t about white ppl about white ppl. Referring to ppl that way actually shows a lot more about u than me. Those are adjectives(descriptors, not nouns). Meaning it’s meant to be put infront of a word…that word being ppl. Black ppl. White ppl. Asian ppl. Indian ppl. Referring to ppl as just blacks, whites, Indians, or Asians strips us of our humanity and personhood. It’s rlly that easy.

“Blacks” in itself is a racist micro aggression. It doesn’t take long to type “people,ppl” whatever. Calling us blacks or Asian ppl Asians or white ppl whites strips us of our personhood and reduces us to just our race.

think about it like this: the blacks down the street are holding a party vs. the black couple down the street are holding a party. one feels a little weird- that is because talking about people like that is dehumanizing. literally. when you remove people from the sentence black changes from a descriptor to a title, and not only is it rude, many people will (correctly) percieve it as a racist generalization. saying someone is black is different than calling someone a black. y'feel me?
