I’m honestly so tired of politicians making transphobia a cornerstone of their campaign being described as “focusing on trans issues”. That’s not focusing on trans issues, that’s trying to keep them out of public life.

The short term goal for conservatives is essentially something similar to Jim Crow era laws but for trans people. The long term goal is eradicating trans people from existence

Interesting. Let’s just look at a random red state and see if those laws might resemble anything surrounding Jim Crow. Lets take Iowa for example Do you think Iowa removing trans people from the civil rights act was not an act of allowing and encouraging discrimination? Why?
