I think cars have their place but we need to make sure they are not the primary method of transportation for urban areas. If you live in a rural place or a small town, sure have a car. But anyone living in a larger population center or seeking to travel between them should have sufficient trains, bikes, and buses that cars are not necessary

That’s because we’re trying to fit trains into car infrastructure. We gotta build new cities centered around trains and then they’ll prefer trains
