It’s a wealthy area. The data centers only popped up within the last 20 years or so

Surprised they didn’t kill the home values honestly. You’d think the wealthy people would’ve NIMBY’d or moved elsewhere

They’re doing it now. I think it wasn’t as bad before, and a decent number of people work at tech companies in the area
