“and their willingness to take financial risk” huh I wonder why the majority of pharmaceutical innovation is subsidized by taxpayer dollars then? Hell, the majority of innovation in general; especially in the defense industry.

What financial risk!? People need the medication to survive, they’ll buy it. There’s almost 0 risk in operating a pharmaceutical company
