yeah theyโ€™re protecting their fellow Russian people in Donetsk and Crimea who have been oppressed by the Ukrainian majority for decades. Same reason why Iran might wanna intervene and protect its fellow Muslims being killed by Israel

Ukraine since 2014 has been a colony of ruling class interests

Their government was unconstitutionally replaced with one that sucked up to foreign interests

Completely manufactured justification. They donโ€™t like their former satellite states moving out from under their thumb. And I donโ€™t think โ€œdefending the Russian peopleโ€ necessitates attempting to deny the existence of Ukrainians as a people, massacres of civilian populations, and forcibly Russifying kidnapped Ukrainian children.

Lolllll yeah Russia is allll about respecting constitutions. Totally not the case that they just call the election of any leader who isnโ€™t pro-Russia illegitimate

Also absolutely wild to claim that Russia isnโ€™t ruling class interests. The country famously controlled by oligarchs.

You didnโ€™t reply to the point I made about how supporting Russia makes you a revolutionary working class intellectual. Thatโ€™s okay. I never argued that Russia โ€œrespects constitutionsโ€ (abstract qualifier). I said that in 2014 the illegal coup of Ukraines government led it to become a colony of the ruling class

And Iran and Gazaโ€™s governments arenโ€™t perfect either. But we stand with their governments against Western settler colonialism

2014 was the ousting of a pro-Russian puppet government to a pro-western one. At most that is a lateral shift. Itโ€™s not like before 2014 Russian oligarchs werenโ€™t influencing Ukraine for their own interests.

2014 was an unconstitutional coup of a democratically elected leader and replacing it with a government that sucks up to the western ruling class

Parliament voted him out with overwhelming popular support, simple as that. This guy loves the oligarchical Russian ruling class.

The constitution doesnโ€™t require โ€œoverwhelming majorityโ€

the constitution also has something about Crimea being a part of Ukraine but you seem not to care about that too much

is there a reason you've refrain from answering the question about the EU agreement? Or did you just miss it? I'm actually curious to hear your take on it because it's something I've heard a lot of different conflicting info about
