The fundamental lesson to take from tonight is that Americans want change. They didn’t vote for Trump because they inherently ideologically aligned with him. They did so because he is a man who destroys institutions. Institutions that have failed us

I do wanna say above all this shows one thing. Americans want change not the status quo. With Trump and now with Mamdani the status quo Neo con/Neoliberal no longer cuts it for ppl. And the only way to move forward for the dems is to stop trying to be status quo and to move left.
