I could care less about what the community is. Safer doesn’t mean 100% nothing happens, you know? And I can even add that some neighborhoods have lower crime rates than others, and some alleyways don’t see as much action either. Why is it that when someone says “safer” or “better” you think they mean 100%?

In the meantime, people can lie, and the truth can be revealed through friends and such, or psychological examination, etc. 1) people who live that way think they are fine because they are out of touch in the same way I would think I live fine when you would say I am out of touch. 2) there is general situational hierarchy which is that the personal supersedes everything. Meaning, if there is some statistic for a demographic that says high crime or smth,

you can’t immediately justify a response to that if there is no indication in the person. For example, how someone behaves, acts, speaks, can reveal someone’s nature. You can believe in a statistic in hindsight, but if you know the person use that, and if you know the area use that and the indications.
