Prosecutor said that there’s “multiple encounters” on the phone vid footage. And that the 15 year old boy was using “predatory, derogatory” to the victim.

Now he’s being charged with “sexual battery of a victim under the age of 16 following the newly revealed incident” with this 2nd minor girl.

Judge Leftridge said on “Friday that she will decide whether [15 year old boy] … will be released on bond by Monday.”

Defense Attorney Sheffield said to the judge that “this has been so traumatizing to [the 15 year old boy] personally. He is not a boisterous kid. He is somewhat quiet.”

However, Prosecutor McGill noted “that the victim in the sexual battery and sodomy case had suffered “documented physical injury” as a result of the incident, which she described as “predatory.”

A statement from that victim was then read aloud. In it, she begged for the judge to “consider my safety” before deciding whether to release KJ on bond. The victim said she has been “living in fear” due to alleged threats that [the 15 year old boy] would come after her if he were to be released.

“No matter who these threats came from directly, I cannot just ignore them or assume that nothing will happen,” she wrote. “I am not only scared for myself anymore, I am scared for my family, too. Members of my family have received emails and phone calls because of this situation.”

She added, “The thought of him being released scares me more than I can put into words.”
