Yeah, orgies are disgusting but they’re not illegal. She consented every step of the way: before, during and after. This is by her own admission and statements. You have sympathetic friends and witnesses of hers that even attest that she claimed it was consensual. She even wanted sex with the same guys afterwards. It wasn’t until the rumors got around campus and she felt shamed and they banned her from the fraternity Halloween party did the consensual sex suddenly become SA.

There are so many parts that I am hung up on, she admits she willing took drugs, but then claims she was drugged without knowing, she texts her friend the next day that she enjoyed herself and wants to do it again, but then a few days after goes to the hospital to report it as assault. So was she coerced to have sex or not, why did she wait so long to go after them if she very early in the days following said it was assault…pictures of her smiling have even been said to have been recovered

💯 unfortunately too many see one thing on social media and instantly assume it to be true. now these 7 men have had their names and pictures put all over the internet and made out as gang rapists by the media when not a shred of evidence points to that.

You are not the only one noticing these things, and unfortunately, if this is the case, she will have already done irreparable damage to the reputation of the school and guys involved, AND will have set victims back bc now it will be even harder to get people to believe a victim of assault.
