You don’t usually notice chang s on a day to day basis. Somewhat at the beginning though since things are happening from ground zero at that point. There are times though where you notice something happening quickly like one day a while ago I noticed that my facial and chest hair was growing significantly slower. But mostly you’ll notice changes on a week to week basis or eventually a month to month basis. Those are still fast changes all things considered but it’s still puberty and not
Yea kinda like that. Especially at the beginning you’ll probably notice day to day tenderness and probably even see some growth on your nipples by them getting puffier. But like after the beginning you probably won’t be able to tell day to day how much they’ve grown but you’ll still often notice sensations that tell you about it. That isn’t always the case though cause they can grow without being tender or sensitive. For example mine don’t really get like that anymore despite them still growing.
And sometimes for other changes like soft skin you’ll notice it happening in small growth spurts as well like with skin changes for example. Mine started in my face and sorta worked its way down and I sometimes could tell a difference in softness or squishiness in short timespans. Mostly in my face cause that’s where it started and I touch my face a lot. Somewhat in my forearms as well for similar reasons. This applies to other changes like muscle atrophy and hair changes and stuff too.
