are your levels within the normal range for cis ppl? how do you feel on your dose?

for T needles 0.4 mL per week is standard. i started T when i was a minor and those doctors underdosed me but when i became an adult they made it standard

roughly standard, but worth noting that you tend to start out on a lower dose before bumping up over time, unless the lower dose gets you to a good point already.
