you can 100% smoke on estrogen, it is a hormone at the end of the day. im not too sure how the effects will change and if they even will, if anything id guess your tolerance would change if anything. however, i do know that nicotine can mess with your estrogen levels and i find that to help ironic cause every single transfem i know is a nic fiend 😭😭
